      Term and Condition

      This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices in relation to your personal data and how we will handle it.

      ACCESSIBILITY OF SERVICES Our website is intended for use by people living, businesses and companies in Indonesia and around the world. Deliveries are made within Indonesia. International ordering can only be done through prior enquiry to clarify logistical availability

      YOUR STATUS By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:

      1. You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
      2. You reside in the country served.

      HOW THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US IS CONTRACTED Once you have placed an online order, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the Product. All telephone and online orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you either during our telephone conversation or by email. A contract between us (“Contract”) will only be entered into when we accept the order.
Subject to actual stock availability, orders for goods may be substituted with alternatives subject to verbal or written confirmation with you. If the goods are not substitutable, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If payment has been made, you will be refunded the amount paid.

      PRICE AND PAYMENT There are a large number of Products listed on our website and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, the prices of some of the Products listed on our website may be incorrect. We normally check prices as part of our despatch procedures, so if the correct price of a Product is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when we despatch the Product to you. If the correct price of the Product is higher than the price stated on our website, we may, at our discretion, decide to accept the lower (incorrect) price or either contact you for instructions before despatching the Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide you with the Product at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an email confirmation.

      REJECT AN ORDER We reserve the right to reject any online/offline order caused by a data entry error or for any other reason, without any liability or compensation to the Customer. This includes all instances of goods with a “zero” price.
The Company will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid in all such cases.

      EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under the Contract caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure includes any act, event, non-event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to (without limitation) the following:

      1. strikes, lockouts or other industrial action;
      2. civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
      3. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, inundation, epidemic or other natural disaster;
      4. inability to use railways, sea, air, road or other means of public or private transport;
      5. inability to use public or private telecommunications networks; or acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of any government.

      Our performance under any Contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event and we will be granted an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use reasonable endeavours to complete the Force Majeure Event or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract can be fulfilled notwithstanding the Force Majeure Event.

      ENTIRE AGREEMENT We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

      Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

      OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

      You will be subject to the Policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those Policies or these Terms and Conditions before we provide you with the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
