Delivery Methods

1. Small items and accessories
We use third-party delivery services to deliver small items and accessories. If the third-party delivery service does not offer online tracking, you can contact us and we will help track your order.

2. Furniture items
We use a local haulage service to deliver large items of furniture. We will contact you before dispatch to discuss shipping arrangements. You can contact us if you would like to track your order.

Delivery Organisation

Once we have accepted your order, our staff will contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.

For furniture items, delivery terms must be confirmed by you. If we are unable to contact you before the scheduled dispatch date, we will postpone dispatch.
